The service from the entire staff ( doorman/ waitress, waiter/cleaning crew and front desk) was EXCELLENT. Their attention to customer service was impeccable. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable and secure at this hotel.

Good Stay at The Roosevelt...
Positives:
Beautiful old hotel with Nee Orleans vibe.
Negatives:
Staff - especially check in staff. - attitude bordering on rude and not very helpful
Food at the restaurant was horrible - we had breakfast and it wasn’t edible except for the Beignets which were yummy.
Rooms need to be modified- could hardly find an outlet to charge devices.

Only complaint- the bed pillows. They completely flatten out and I would wake up and have to try to fluff them back up. Over and over again.
