Positives:
Hotel employee checked us in and showed us some great customer service. It had been a while since we experienced someone friendly like her. Her helpfulness was natural and genuine. Being received like that set a positive tone upon our arrival.
Negatives:
Our room had two issues, the door lock was faulty and wouldn't lock, the TV remote wasn't working, but within a few minutes someone came to address each issue.we were great full for that.
Positives:
The location, breakfast, and the room itself.
Negatives:
SOME of The front desk, and housekeeping staff was HORRIBLE!! We had to ask/request for TOO MANY things, over and over....and some, til this day was never received or addressed.
