The room was perfect, clean, fresh, quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The bellman and reception desks were eager to assist in a timely manner. The best surprise was the availability of a house car which was used to go to dinner Friday evening. The driver a retired marine, I think, was courteous and shared with us as we traveled to G W Fins. The hotel was able to meet our requests for 1 hour early check in and adjoining rooms. The I-Prefer upgrade was spectacular.

It was perfect I cannot think of anything to improve.

I booked a king suite I think in the photos a bath was displayed but on arrival I was informed only showers are available in that room type. I specifically chose that room as my 3 year old only uses baths. When I informed front desk they offered me an upgraded room for the full upgraded price as they said its a booking.com error not theirs.This was disappointing. There seemed to be a bit of a disconnect sometimes between housekeeping and front desk when making requests. The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasnt

Location was good. Staff were great and I liked that there were several older members of staff too

The pictures of the suite on Booking.com looked brighter than the rooms were themselves, but they were still really lovely rooms.
