The staff cooked extra breakfast for my boys

We could not go to sleep till almost 6am because a doctor above us was exercising which is what the agent said when I called to complain about all the noise above us. I also just had surgery and elevator does not go to the 1st floor only to 2nd and u have to take the stairs down to the first. I was on the 3rd floor. Just a very bad experience. I would never go back.
