They did have one lady at deck that took care of us when we asked.
Negatives:
They did not clean our room after the first night and when they did the next day they only just picked up a little. did not refill anything ( coffee, soap, etc. )

Extremely dirty. Room was not cleaned after last guest and we checked in to a room with dirty towels in the sink, trash in the cans and feces in the toilet. We left and did not stay for the second night we had paid for - so dirty.

The ice machine on the first floor was broken and no refrigerator in the room. Esides that, it was an awesome experience. I'll definitely be back.

It smelled, there was a bug, exposed outlets, no plate, weird light switch behind your pillow which would come on & scare/wake you up in middle of night. Breakfast was weak, couldn¿t even get coffee on my way out.

Great location near wedding venue (Strawberry Manor), and near lots of good restaurants.
Negatives:
The hotel was fine for the price. It was clean enough, and everything functioned in the room. Staff was nice and helpful. We missed breakfast. I don¿t remember being told breakfast was over at 9:30 am, but otherwise, everything was good.

Arrive to check in at 3:30 pm checked in went to room it was not cleaned from previous guest, young guy at desk couldn't change room he said they were all booked had to wait for someone to clean room suppose to be accessible, very smallno room to move

Ice machine was broken young man said its the only one they had , when we got up in morning found out they only had 5 cars there all night horrible stay wish I knew before , I would of stayed somewhere else

No coffee maker in room, hair dryer br, filthy, roaches, ice machine broken, vending machine empty, gym closed. Microwave and refrigirator are just in the middle of the room, not planned for them. No USB charges for phones. Overall its outdated.

The hotel and room were both filthy. Sticky stuff on the floor, stinky smell in the room. Every surface was dirty. The desk and night stand needed cleaning. The tub was dirty and had hair in it.
