Negatives:
Theirs property overbooked and denied us our room despite a confirmed reservation made weeks before. We had to scramble for a room at 10pm and paid $400 extra because it was our only last minute option during family weekend at my daughters college. Very poor experience and representation of this hotel

The hotel is close to Tiger Stadium. There is also a Raising Canes and Wafflle House in close proximity.

The room wasn't fully clean. There wasn't any toilet tissue or hand soap. The blankets are very thin!

Breakfast was not provided but Waffle House is right next to the hotel. The hotel is right next to a highway but my windows were on the other side, so there was no noise from the highway.
Negatives:
The room is a bit worn down. The door key wasn't working, so I had to ask the receptionist to let me in every time. Safety bolt in my room was also broken.
