Dirty room. Lots of highway noise. Parking not that close to building. Way too expensive for the quality and location. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Air didn't work properly, TV kept cutting off and on even after the attendant came in to fix it, standing water in the shower, key had to be reset everyday, pool was not clean and weeds was all over the deck, the hotel was very dark and dreary and to many speed bumps in the parking lot and please fix the holes in the pavement. Most of all please greet your clients with a smile and friendliness. You all seem like you was mad at the world. Knock loudly on the door before you bust into the room, and little hairs was all on the blow dryer holder.
