The ac unit was very loud sounding like it was going to fall apart. I had been on the road all day and needed to rest. I called the front desk around 9pm and reported it and was told someone would arrive in the morning. So I had to basically deal with the problem. I could not rest at all. We had a late checkout at 2pm and finally at 1230pm a worker came to my door to address it. I will never use this chain again. The manager finally called me to apologize but that was it.
