The young lady working the desk was very patient and understanding.

It was the worst place I've ever stayed. 1st room had red stains on comforter & cigarette holes in pillow cases (non smoking). 2nd room, light blinked and water running in both that had mold all over tub and ceiling. 3rd room, woke up to bugs on counter.

I booked a no smoking room and I was informed by the staff that all the rooms in this hotel had been smoked iin after I checked in. my reservation should have been canceled. The bed had used tissue under the sheets. The bathroom had black mold .

There were a lot of things we did not like about this hotel. The room was filthy. Found a cockroach and many other insects. Bed sheets were stained. No breakfast, even though breakfast was advertised online. Pool was not functional.

Everything! The places is gross! Holes in the walls. It was the only place that had a room. So we had to stay. I bought bleach and disinfectant. And cleaned!!! One building was burned. Come to find out people were cooking meth there!

Everything. There were stains on the bed covers, TV didn't work, phones didn't work, mold in bathroom, room smells of marijuana and tobacco and wasn't a smoking room. The service was horrible and acted like no one cared. Will NEVER EVER recommend.

The room was not clean properly but I still stayed their didnt feel like going through the motion was over exhausted from the 5 hour drive and long day already
