Positives: Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Negatives: Stayed in a handicapped room but the bed was so high I couldn't get into it without climbing on to a chair. Don't know how others do this. But once I was in the bed, it was great! Also I wanted hot tea in morning but coffee maker works only if a coffee pod is inserted. Thus no hot water. Front desk clerk was exceptional in getting me from the airport despite initial problem with lyft.he went above and beyond what was necessary.

Positives: The hotel supplied Lyft instead of a hotel shuttle, but were accommodating to shuttle us from the airport to drop off car rental and back to hotel.

Negatives: Very confusing on where to pick up Lyft after dropping off car rental. Did not like the times they scheduled Lyft for the next morning to the airport but they changed it for us at the last minute the next morning.
