Overall very nice room and comfortable bed.

Comfortable bed and the woman who checked us in was very nice even though they were understaffed.
The room was clean.
Negatives:
Long time to check in, about 40 min, due to only one person at the counter. We arrived 7 pm and not all the rooms had been cleaned, which added to the long wait.
No free beverages were available. No coffee or tea and they ran out of bottled water.
The airport shuttle departed only once every hour.

It's still a distance from the airport shuttle and the shuttle didn't start until 6, the driver was smoking before he got in the car, and it was just a ways away from the airport, so I had to take a taxi which was annoying since the hotel has that service.

The lady that checked us in was so kind, and the room was clean.
Negatives:
The shower did not have a curtain. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10am, but by 9:15, half of the hot items were out and not refilled.

Great location, safe area, freshly updated, clean, comfortable beds, variety of delicious breakfast foods, nice pool. Excellent staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

My only complaint was not enough towels for room occupancy. For four guests in a room, there should be four sets of towels. Everything else was top notch.
