Positives: The staff was amazing! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and they decorated a welcome room with music, Complementary bracelet making stations, popcorn, and beverages. Nabeel was the best shuttle driver I've ever met! He was upbeat, extremely helpful in assisting us with finding gluten free restaurant choices (even calling spots to inquire for us). He gave fantastic info on the surrounding sights and you could tell he was truly passionate about the area. Emmanuel was wonderful as well. He checked us in quickly and over the time of our stay gave wonderful info on the area and stats on the weekends events. We even chatted football! They both really made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Negatives: Honestly everything was great, the showers/tubs were a little dated. Truly our only real below excellent critique.
