Negatives:
Curtains did not shut, so we would not have been able to sleep. Bath tub leaked out from within the tub so water was going all over floor. We asked for refund and left. Refund has not been refunded yet?

Unfortunate
Positives:
There was a sign asking guests to please refrain from putting crawfish shells in the ice buckets, and I thought it made sense and was charming and hilarious.
Breakfast was pretty good!
Negatives:
Gym was unsatisfactory. Several machines were broken, and the one machine that appeared to be in working order stopped working suddenly and I injured my ankle. (I’m ok, but it could have been worse.)

Not at all. It was the worst hotel stay I have experienced in over 15 years.
Negatives:
I ‘ m not sure where to begin from not having towels and toilet tissue the room at check in to no ice on site. Dirty top covers.
Poor water pressure in the sink and showers. The hotel advertised breakfast however it was below what you would expect from even a continental breakfast.
Cereal and milk to be exact….smh .

My worst hotel experience ever...
Positives:
It looked nice on the outside and the lobby
Negatives:
Our room was horrible. There was no toilet paper and we were told if we wanted some we would have to go down to the desk to get it. The door looked like it had been pried open before. The smoke detector was removed and sitting on the desk. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. The “hot” breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy that had raw biscuits. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in at the Shreveport area. So disappointed
