The breakfast was ok. There was no staff in sight.
Negatives:
Upon reception I encountered a very unfriendly staff member. He registered me in a monotone voice and never made eye contact. As my friend and I were looking for the elevator, I asked for directions and he said straight in front of you without looking at me and again with an attitude. If I had never been to Shreveport before and he was my first encounter I would have likely turned around and gone elsewhere. His name tag said JOHNSON.
