Negatives: Dirty, ac didn’t work, tv didn’t work, no towels, dirty towels on the floor…

Negatives: cracked bathroom tile.

Negatives: Didn’t clean the room good and the price was too high for what I stayed in

Negatives: I didn't like any of it our feet kept getting cut in pool also my air conditioner didn't work in my room and I'm and it doesn't matter if i got it off booking.com

Negatives: The property was very dirty, I do not believe my room had been swept recently. I was exhausted from a long ride there so simply got in my room and fell asleep. In the morning I notice dirt and a dead beetle in the floor. In the process of leaving I noticed the dirt and cigarette ashes on the floor, as well as cigarette butts in the stairwell. The bed sounded like there was a plastic bag over the mattress and crinkled noisily every time you moved. Also did not notice this until morning. Did I mention exhausted? Lastly there was no coffee to be found in the place! No little pot in my room nor any downstairs in the morning! This stay was not worth the $100 dollars it cost me! I am in a different city and hotel tonight, almost half the cost, coffee in the room, breakfast in the morning, and most of all clean.

Negatives: Staff need to like their job or at least pretend like they do. Not courteous.

Negatives: Customer service was very poor. The room was not clean. Cable channels basic.

Negatives: it was safe.

Negatives: Absolutely filthy. Front desk staff very unfriendly and almost hostile. Room phones broken in several pieces. Felt like I needed a tetanus shot after checking out. Don't stay here.
