Positives: Friendly staff. I had my dog with us and she stayed for free. I did put a cash deposit down but got it back when I checked out. We stayed 2 nights and the staff came by on the first day with fresh towels and took trash. Quiet area, no one bothered us.

Negatives: The tub and sink drained slow. The tub had almost filled up by the time I showered. I could see a hand full of drywall anchors down the hole in the sink. It had been hastily remodeled recently and it showed. But for the price it was pretty nice.
