The room that I requested was supposed to be non-smoking but upon entering the room the smell was horrible & it seems as though it was coming from the bathroom vent. I sprayed Lysol & left the bathroom vent on for some relief.

The room was moldy and cigarette smelling bad. Ceiling had molded water damage on it. Beds were wet from either not drying linens long enough or from moisture in moldy room. Was not up to par at all.
