Positives:
The bedroom was very clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the location and felt safe there.
Negatives:
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Eggs were overcooked and cold. The meat was dry and tasted funny. Rather than have the "free" breakfast, I'd have appreciated a lower rate on the room.
