Disappointing
Negatives:
It was moldy and smelled like mold
The sheets had massive stains all over them
It was just a nasty nasty hotel room but for the cheap price it was ok

Staff was super nice as soon as we walked in. Check in was quick, told us about breakfast. Room was clean. Beds comfy. Never had issues with hot water. Our neighbors were quiet. I can honestly say this was the cleanest floor we've stayed in a while. I walked around in socks and they were never dirty. Good water pressure. More than enough room for 4 adults. Air worked good. Very convenient location to restaurants and easy access to New Orleans.
Negatives:
Is it a Hilton, no. Is it a good quality hotel thats in a good location with really good beds and pillows? Yes.

Positives:
Location has easy access to local attractions, the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Walls had lots of unrepaired damage. Shower water was either scolding hot or cold, there was no in-between.
