Great overnight stay for a tired traveler

Went to eat and came back to room and cleaning crew was in my room and told me to wait 5 mins and they would be finished. I do not like that at all! They should NOT be allowed to enter a room that is occupied bc that is invasion of my personal space per say in my eyes. My belongings were in there and I pay to occupy that room. I didnt need anything so they should not have been in there

The coffee makers in the rooms had the wrong inserts where the coffee packets sit during brewing. You could make them work, but it took some doing. However, the coffee in the lobby was very good.

The staff was exceptional.

A great one night stay while traveling back to Texas. Plenty of food options close by but not a walkable area. The room was fantastic and the property was very clean. Large lobby area was a good place to let the kids hang a little.
Negatives:
Staff was not consistent. First lady we met was sweet and gave us an early check-in. The other people we met wouldnt make eye contact or even greet us. Odd behavior for a hospitality professional.

The cleaning staff was very helpful and many of the front desk people were also polite.
Negatives:
No hair conditioner and the reason(going green) is not adequate. also, there was no net to clean the pool although they did have somebody come clean it I was told the reason is because people stole the net well lock it up and that won’t happen.. also very little as far as pantry items for sale and not a variety so I had to go outside of the hotel to Walmart again not that big of a deal but when you’ve traveled the long way, and all you wanna do is rest and cannot it kind of sucks. Breakfast was subpar as in microwave, sausage patties, and circular eggs with bread the best part or the waffles. also, when I could not reach my child who is 13 because I was picking food up for her, I was told by the front desk worker at that moment she was not able to go see if my child was OK because she had to make sure there were no emergencies my daughter not feeling well and me leaving to go get medicine for her and food are not being able to reach her seems to mean like an emergency
