The room smell. Like smoke after I said non smoking room, blanket had holes in it, pillows case was dirty

I like the customer service they were always willing to help out and was nice.
Negatives:
All nonsmoking rooms smelled JUST like smoke, the beds had cigarette burns on them. The refrigerator didn’t work so it spoiled my food . The restroom had dead bugs. The tub was backed up it would drain very slowly. Not enough towels for a family of 4. And the shower water was a little brown.

I like the convience of the hotel, hotel clerk was really nice
Negatives:
We had a bug on our bed, hotel had a strong urine smell. When we checked out it was a roach in the tray where you put your keys at. Never will visit here again
