Jessica was the receptionist and she took amazing care of us. She was so kind and went the extra mile. All of the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was good too!

NOTHING AT ALL!!!!????????????
Negatives:
1. The door wouldn't close properly.
2. It smelled old, musty, and sour
3. The tub was stained
4. The bathroom smelled like urine and t here was a stain on the floor.
5. The bed sheets were old, and had lots of lint balls on them. There hair on them as well.
6. The toilet seat was very loose.
7. The water was yellow and smelled like sewer.
8. The lamps were old and disgusting
9. The staff knew all of this!!!!!! The room should NEVER be rented to another guest
10. This was a SHIT HOLE!! and we should be refunded financially for having to endure these types of conditions. I will never stay there again
I will recommend any to stay at any Quality Inn.
11. OMG!!! We never received a full supply of towels. The ones we did receive were old and dingy. They looked something you would use to clean your car.

Spiders in room, chair in room was broke and had electrical tape on the arm. The bed was very uncomfortable I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

A security deposit i didnt know about. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some big upgrades. The staff didnt know I was there till I had to make a sound. However the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The tub sealent was cracking, toilet had pink mold, the vanity mirror has very low lighting, small pillows for a king size bed that I think were stuffed with saw dust as they were hard as bricks.
