Negatives:
People were coming into the office like a stream of ants demanding their money back. Nothing using water worked. Our toilet leaked all over the bathroom. Several people's toilet wouldn't flush. Some had no water at all. There were stains on the sheets.

Convenient to freeway. Staff was very nice. Pet stay is free.

Elevator is broken and has been for some time. Pillows were terrible (basically like putting your head on a pillowcase) and didnt have any extra ones.

Nothing. Location was okay but hotel was horrible. Pick another hotel if youre deciding on hotels

Locks on doors were broke. Water was brownish yellow color and stunk . Room was flooded between the beds the next morning. Beds were hard as a rock. . Air conditioning works but it doesnt get real cold Tv didnt work. Definitely wouldnt recommend

Had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. 1 of 2 rooms had not been cleaned so I went down and they gave us a different room. The beds are hard as a rock . water was brown and smelled like sewer and when we woke up the floor was flooded . I dont recommend.

The room was clean, the location was in a noisy area but overall the experience was OK. The staff was super friendly. One draw back was the bed, it was hard as a rock and both my husband and myself had a super sore back but other than that, great!!!

The room had an odor and the water smelled disgusting. The whole room and even when you showered was filled with the smell of the water. The water color was also tan in color as well. My air condition unit was also faulty and didnt stay on even though I placed it on instead of auto. They did not have small towels either just big towels and the towels to step on when you get out the shower
