The grounds were clean, felt safe, and the room was nice minus the few problems
Negatives:
Light between beds wouldn't stay on (made the room dark). TV in morning wouldn't stay on. USB connections in the wall do not work. Either you have electrical problems or a ghost. Breakfast hot food was cold.

Upon arrival our room type we booked was unavailable and no attempt to make it right occurred. They moved us from a king room to a two bed room where my husband and I had to sleep separately. Staff rude and rooms disgustingly dirty.
