Negatives: There was no parking close to the building during an event. I finally found something after someone left , no way I’m parking way down by the railroad tracks (I grew up in auburn ) with my car, not even a rental vehicle. The other spots they had were filled because people are all about themselves and take up space.

Positives: Got the power bowl for breakfast. It was honestly incredible. Paid extra for a King room with river view and was given a queen on the opposite side. Told that there can be difficulties when 3rd party booking is involved. Asked to switch and Allie helped me out. The staff was really what made the stay so good. They were willing to work with me and help me out to the best of their abilities. Great customer service and very friendly.
