Positives:
Got the power bowl for breakfast. It was honestly incredible. Paid extra for a King room with river view and was given a queen on the opposite side. Told that there can be difficulties when 3rd party booking is involved. Asked to switch and Allie helped me out. The staff was really what made the stay so good. They were willing to work with me and help me out to the best of their abilities. Great customer service and very friendly.

honestly I loved the staff, the women who checked me in she had a very sparkly pink shirt and she was very helpful with my Valentine plans I was setting up for my parter. even was going to call me as she went up to the elevator for a last second warning so I would know to do the last finishing touches. i absolutely loved her energy. 10/10 would go again and hope to have her as the one to check me in again! she made sure I was happy and comfortable during my stay! I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper recognition!
Negatives:
that the hot tub wasn’t in service. that was actually the reason I booked that hotel specifically because I saw in the photos it had a hot tub. but when I got there it was sectioned off and emptied with caution tape around it. I was so sad. also house keeper woke me up when they came in to clean but realized I was still there and of course was apologetic and had left as quick as they had come in. I almost thought I had dreamt it because I never actually saw them but I knew someone had been in there when I got up to use the bathroom and the top lock was unlatched.
