Positives: the staff was very friendly and helpful
clean. comfortable beds. spacious rooms.
Positives: honestly I loved the staff, the women who checked me in she had a very sparkly pink shirt and she was very helpful with my Valentine plans I was setting up for my parter. even was going to call me as she went up to the elevator for a last second warning so I would know to do the last finishing touches. i absolutely loved her energy. 10/10 would go again and hope to have her as the one to check me in again! she made sure I was happy and comfortable during my stay! I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper recognition!
Negatives: that the hot tub wasn’t in service. that was actually the reason I booked that hotel specifically because I saw in the photos it had a hot tub. but when I got there it was sectioned off and emptied with caution tape around it. I was so sad. also house keeper woke me up when they came in to clean but realized I was still there and of course was apologetic and had left as quick as they had come in. I almost thought I had dreamt it because I never actually saw them but I knew someone had been in there when I got up to use the bathroom and the top lock was unlatched.
