The service level is always several levels above the surrounding hotels.

The facility had no control over this, but there was a roomful of children literally bouncing off the walls at 10pm one night. A call to the front desk, put this to a swift end. Overall, no problem really.

Parking is a bit of a hassle for larger vehicles (i.e., pickup trucks).

Breakfast was really good two different types of quiche which my wife loved. Food was hot. Fresh Maine blueberries (the little ones legit). Staff super helpful excellent job this is our new go to when we come up to watch hockey at the Colise Rink.
Plus I love coffee and it was really good and out 24/7

The suite was nice enough - though upon initial booking I did not realize we would be booking a suite. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
The complementary breakfast was less than expected - especially when compared to other Residence Inn stays. The price per night was also much higher than I felt was warranted. I wasnt blown away by the style of room, or condition of it. Lastly, the clearer entrance to the hotel was blocked off due to construction. While this is not a fault of the hotel itself, it was an impact to our stay.
