Left behind an apple C charger, lightening cable and Apple Watch charger. Called the next day and room service claims not to have found it. Wont stay at this hotel if staff cannot be trusted.

The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices.
Negatives:
Lots - no hot water in the first room. 2nd room was musty, didn't receive any housekeeping service, dirty wash clothes in tub, key cards kept getting demagnetized, and TV had issues.

The bed was like a bouncing rock. It listed to the right. There were cobwebs (gray) hanging from the ceiling and curtain. There were ceiling tiles 1/4 out of their holes. The corners in the bathroom need a good scrubbing. The air had a constant bleach smell. I wont stay there again.

Room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fine for us, we just wanted toast & Coffee. There were some hot options such as scrambled egg, ham & potatoes, plus a waffle maker. The breakfast area was clean and there was plenty of tables available.
Negatives:
Not sure why a $50 charge was taken on my card as I'd already paid in full for the room and now have to wait a few days before the payment is refunded to my card??????

very clean, we are walkers, so walking around the university was a plus and having the mall across the street and descent restaurants was wonderful. The shower had several safety bars in it which we found very useful since we are an older couple.

Our room was near the lobby and employees room which made it noisy when sleeping.

The staff was fantastic! When we got our room it was horribly musty and the AC wouldnt work. Staff help relocate us to a much better room with a super friendly demeanor. Breakfast was good too.
