Coffee was undrinkable but otherwise decent food and selection.
It was a nice touch to have lemon water in the lobby.
Negatives:
We had a small dog with us and therefore were out walking around. The grounds were terrible... in all fairness it was raining which changes things but the garbage and overall feeling was terrible. Needs a major clean up.

The room had several broken things and the bed was as hard as a rock. Breakfast was severely lacking in food. I had partly chosen this hotel because of the pool and both that and the fitness room were closed. Very disappointed

there was no power, my room had no lights, no heat and no power. I still had to pay full price along with everyone else who got stranded due to the storm. I was told refunds would be offered and when I didn't see one I called and was told no refunds.

The elevator was out of service. It wasnt really something that we couldnt overcome for sure, but it wouldve been nice to have.

not as good as last...

I was upgraded to a suite and the suite was comfortable.. Everything was clean and organized. The wifi worked which i cannot say much else did.
Negatives:
I got a last minute booking due to a storm that cause a power wide spread power outage. When i checked in, i was NOT told that the property was on emergency power, and that most of the lighting and electrical was not usable. Only 1 lamp was useable. The bathroom light also worked but that was it. I could not charge my phone or computer. The TV did not work, nor did the heat. The emergency lighting in the stairwells went out so had to use phone to navigate the stairs and the fire alarm went off at 3-4 am and continued to go off and on for an hour. If i had known that the motel was on emergency power i would have cancelled booking and let someone who was traveling in the storm have the room. Oh and the microwave worked but no other outlets and when i tried to plug in computer the outlet did not work. Neither did it work on the outlet that the one working lamp was plugged into. All the reasons I booked the room were not fulfilled. Apparently the breakfast in the AM was "working" but didn't bother to stay. Was too tired from the sleepless night.
