The room was clean and the bed was super comfy.
Negatives:
When I booked I called this location to confirm there was a shuttle to local events. I was told yes! Upon arrival, the front desk clerk said no shuttle service to downtown, only the airport. I was pretty upset, since I had planned on using the shuttle for mode of transport to the concert venue. (Pretty much the only reason I booked this hotel). Luckily I was able to make arrangements with my niece to give my group a ride to the show. Our return to the hotel was going to have to either Uber or taxi. Fast-forward to that time and all options were completely booked and unavaliable. As a last chance effort I called the hotel to see if they could pick us up at the casino. This front desk clerk said yes! Thank god! We were able to be picked up across the street from the casino about an hour after the show. So it seems the shuttle is on a person to person basis?! Not really a good way to keep customers coming back.
