The staff had exceeded our expectations!! If we had any questions/concerns, staffing had taken care of the issues in a quick timely manner. We couldn't ask for any better customer service/support because each interaction was greeted by a warm, friendly smile. Our family is looking forward to stay there again in a very near future.

We booked this room a few months in advance to be sure to have a room with 2 queen beds. When we entered our room, there was already someone in there. It could have been a dangerous situation. The lady at the reception told us it was her fault (she knew which client was already in the room) and gave us another room. The room had only 1 bed (we were 3 people), there was a sofa bed, but a like a twin one with a super thin matress (it's the smallest sofa bed I've seen). They said they were fully booked and offered us a 50$ worth of honor points. Beside that, the hotel itself was not super clean, dirty elevator, dirty shower (with mold). Also, they were folding the clean towels right on the front desk... we were really not impressed with our experience there.
