I called ahead to ensure we could leave our car there, they said yes, no xharge. Then told me there as a charge. When I complained the extremely rude worker said he could refund me and we could go somewhere else - at 10:30 at night! Pool was closed, phone didn't work in room and no one could call us a cab. Horrible customer service.
