It was convenient to where we were going to visit in the area. We had intended to go to Timber, and were pleasantly surprised it was on the property.

Property was super clean. The room was amazingly clean and everything appeared new.

The staff could use some warming up. Very direct and cold. Get some synergy between the restaurant down stairs so the guest get some type of priority or at least get an opportunity to make a reservation. No ATM on site. So down to the gas station?

The property is warm and inviting and for the most part the facility is clean The breakfast is 5 star and their presentation is amazing.
Negatives:
The staff could use some warming up. Malik was not rude but not as friendly and inviting as I would have expected. Very short direct and non informative My room was a little dated the fridge has punch or some dents in it and was blowing cold air all night. . They have zero synergy between the restaurant down stairs and they hotel guests. You would think you could get a reservation staying there to eat but no.

We love everything about this property. Great location to the Cross Center and Hollywood Casino. The pool, hot tub and breakfast are great. Staff is super friendly. Having a fabulous restaurant on the property is awesome.

Everything was great as expected and I plan to stay there more in the future. I also like the attached Timber restaurant.

The only thing that I wish could change was the ending time of the morning breakfast. I missed the 9am close each day.
