The staff was excellent and extremely helpful! Barbara helped us get an ocean view room. The manager of the restaurant brought us our pizza and drinks to the hot tub. Beautiful place to unwind.

Our key didn't work but the facilities guy was awesome and fixed us up with a new key and fixed the door.

We booked a room in Holiday in Maine bar harbor coming all they way from NJ when we are about to reach Maine after 7 hour travel just received a call that our hotel is under renovation we can offer you an other hotel in our neighborhood such a unprofessional behaviour if your hotel is under renovation than why are you accepting bokkings never do business with them again
