Positives:
It's located on the southeast Harbour of a Desert island which is a quiet but prime location. It is a balcony which allows an overlook of the harbour with the mountain in the background. Even if it's a rainy day or you don't feel like going out of your hotel, a day could be spent well sitting in your room looking at the view.
Negatives:
I like everything about the hotel. Just that if they could provide a complementary breakfast that would be awesome.

Walls are as thin as paper..three youngsters in room next to us did laps on beds and walls..pounding continued 5 pm past 10 pm..we contacted desk clerk three times asking they quite them down, but they only slowed them down for a short while each time..
So poorly sound insulated..our lamps would shake when they hit the floor..our desk rattled when they hit the walls..what a miserable night..

The rooms were very comfortable and the location was good for us and close to the Princess Cruise ferry in Northeast Harbor and a 10 minute walk to the shopping district with interesting stores. The staff is very helpful and warm. The breakfast sandwiches to-go were tasty and convenient and the gift shop was fun.
