Negatives:
I called specifically before booking the hotel with my daughters, to be sure that the pool was available. The day before, it was assured that it was available and open, but when we got there it had been closed for a long while. I feel taken advantage of, and had upset kids who I had been telling for days that there would be a pool. I would have booked elsewhere, had i been given an honest answer to my direct, important, question i asked on the phone.
