Positives:
Only one thing good is they have some rooms set up for people with dogs so they have a deck attached to the room with a door to take dog out they have a nice lawn and doggie bags and waste containers for the disposal it is the only reason I went there.
Negatives:
They had no sugar for the breakfast and coffee and then they just told me i can use the Artificial sweeteners instead Which doesn’t work for me. I feel they didn’t care and were to cheap to do anything to make their customers happy they had no excuse as only 1/4 mile down the road was a grocery store where they could buy sugar to get through breakfast time

The lock on the door to the room never locked, and other guests claimed the same . No hot breakfast the whole week, only limited toast, waffles, cereal. Electrical plugs were a fire hazard. They wobbled in the wall, and connections were sporadic at best. The rooms were not cleaned unless we asked 2-3 times each day. Despite telling the front desk these issues on day 1 of 7, all I got was a smile and "... the maintenance people are coming. " which they never did. Most of the staff couldn't understand or speak english at all. When asked for items, like toilet paper and coffee supplies, they just smiled and left. Front desk would take your issue and never address it. Worst hotel ever, I will never go back to that hotel, nor any Best Western Plus again, and I advise everyone to avoid the one at 71 Gurnet Road, Brunswick Maine. If this is an example of a hospitality hotel, save your money; Motel 6 treats you better.

Positives:
Stayed for a couple of days. Clean room, Comfy bed, Friendly staff, Good breakfast. Everything was as expected. I even enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again.
