The only good thing about this hotel is the convenient access to shopping in Freeport.
Negatives:
The room and halls were dirty and not maintained. Floors and carpets in the halls was worn and dirty. Desk clerk left me with having the attitude that they cared less about my complaints and that it was acceptable by hotel management to not maintain the property. Quality of the “free” breakfast was fair. This property is charging five star prices for low budget hotel quality.

Positives:
Everything was perfectly fine. In comparison to other hotels in bigger cities it was just a dream. The area around is nice and quiet and you are close to small shops and restaurants. Free coffee all day!
Negatives:
The breakfast is typically American. The variety was limited but it was okay.
Actually I was unsure about 24/7 reception service - we had a fire alarm (which was false alarm but still…) the firefighters came and no one from the reception reached out to us. It was not a big deal but I was confused that no one was at the reception when we were allowed to go inside again.

Close to everything. Bathroom was huge & loved all the safety bars & low tub to get in & out of tub was a breeze.
Free breakfast was wonderful- not just muffins & bread.
