The room was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was painless. The lady who checked us in was very efficient, and she had everything ready for us.

I think only certain rooms should be designated dog friendly. I was unaware ALL rooms were dog friendly. My room #107, although clean had a definite dog odor immediately when we walked in. (Not urine) but a doggy odor.

Location. Quiet and easy access to highway to get into Portland and avoid Route 1. Able to bypass all the crazy tourist traffic on the coast.
Room was spacious. Plenty of parking.
Negatives:
Not enough tables in the breakfast area. Pillows were too soft and bed a little too hard for my personal liking. AC unit was very noisy when it kicked on and it would wake us up.
