Needs updating, looks like they are in the process of doing this . They need to complete the work before renting them out. It was obvious the rooms we had were in the process of being renovated and were not completely ready for guest. I have been there the last three years for the Kennebunkport Prelude.

Check and staff was not knowledgeable. We asked for an ADA room. The room was really not ADA accessible. There was a stair. There was a tub which is not ADA accessible. The room was not real clean, there was mold in the shower and the floor was bouncy at best. I had pre-called to ask for an ADA room and they originally had us on the second floor, so I moved this to the first floor, however still not convenient. Also lacking in parking. The desk chair would not adjust Hyde at all. Making it very difficult to get somebody who is comfortable in the room. pictures online of Receiving.
