Location. Valet parking - expensive but convenient and very competent and courteous
staff.

Only five years old but beginning to show signs of wear wall coverings, bathroom fixtures.
Trying to call this hotel to confirm our reservation was a nightmare! And it was precipitated by an invitation from Marriott to checkin remotely and quickly disintegrated when after two clicks, we were advised there was no record of our reservation. Talk about self-inflicted reputational damage.

The room smelled amazing!!!! I would LOVE to be able to purchase whatever was used to make the room smell so good. The location was super close to Old Port and Scales (an amazing and must try restaurant). The room was exceptionally clean and a decent size. The bar was also nice and had some of the bourbons we enjoy sipping on. I would absolutely stay here again.
