Modern and conveniently situated, within walking distance from great restaurants, attractions and shopping.
Negatives:
Despite that it is a pet friendly hotel they offer no area to walk the dogs. You have to walk a couple of blocks to find some grass.
The parking garage charge is on the expensive side.

Not professional staff at reception, awful service... Case 1: on arrival the receptionist asked us if we need cleaning of the room for the next day, we said „yes sure“ and…then the next day our room were not cleaned at all! Housekeeping told us, that our room wasn’t in schedule. No apologize, anything from reception team. Case 2: we didn’t get receipt from the hotel. Lady at reception asked us, if we want it per email and we agreed, NO ONE sent us this. I wrote hotel again and they promised to do it, but did absolutely nothing

The rooms are all new and interesting designed. Very spacious, nice view. The staff is extremely friendly.
The service of breakfast is based on some new ideas and refreshingly different from traditional places.

No critics - however, I would love to have a make-up mirror in the bathroom.

A newer hotel with a great location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

The configuration of the building is not very convenient. The walk to our room took forever - the room was too far away from the elevator. Confusing set up. Lack of free bottled water.
