Great location in Portland's historic Old Port district. Clean, cozy room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Didn't like the $25 per dy fee. It's just weird. Essentially, it makes you purchase something at the hotel because you're going to get charged the fee anyway.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very modern. Wonderful staff.
Negatives:
The parking situation. They don’t have valet service in the winter months, but it still costs $30/night to park in the garage, and you have to grab a ticket and have it validated at the front desk every time you come and go. I’m in and out a lot, so that was super inconvenient. Not too mention being a single woman getting back to the parking garage late was nerve wracking.
