Have to pay 30$ a night for parking. This should be included in the room charge or at the very least spelled out very well when you are booking the room. If your driving a car like most people do there will be 30$ a day charge for parking.

The location was great near all restrurants and walkable to all sights.The hotel is new and modern.
Negatives:
The staff were not very friendly apart from 2 at check in and check out.Housekeeping needs alot of training on how to clean and service a room .No toilet tissue replenished Ice bucket not cleaned the floor was still dirty after cleaning, paper and crumbs ...not a good reflection as they allow pets so a room needs a good deep clean.Other small details overlooked towels ect.No bottled water provided a standard in most hotels now especially at these prices.Pity about the housekeeping as this hotel is in a great location and very modern .

Clean, comfortable, roof top space was a nice addition.
Negatives:
The employee at the front desk the morning or 9/30 was rude when asked a simple question. Wouldnt want to deal with him again. Also- the Tiramisu changed we loved it our last stay 8/25 but didnt care for the new version. We told the bartender who offered nothing in its place or to remove it from the check.

Room was not clean. They gave us used room. the hotel location is bad and also if your room is far away from the elevator, you would need to walk a lot as there is only 1 small elevator

The room was so clean, smelled nice and was gorgeous. The staff was so nice, it was raining and they lent me an umbrella. The young guy at the front desk was so nice and gave me recommendations for nightlife, food and things to do.
