Only one elevator at front of hotel that has at least 5 floors of rooms & it was super slow.

A bit outdated but really, who cares when you are just sleeping. There was a bit of a persistent Febreze smell, mild but noticeable.

Room was on 2nd floor next to elevator of a 6 floor hotel. Elevator ran day and night. Also, across from stairway which door slammed when closing. This was a handicap room, and Mattress was worn down so uncomfortable getting in and out.

The front desk staff was rude. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. There was a water stain on the ceiling. The room smelled stale. The elevator was out of order.

The room was pet friendly so it smelled like a wet doggy.

The staff were excellent, professional, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby was quite attractive. Our room was very clean and attractive.

One of the sheer curtains on the window was literally hanging in shreds. On a foggy night, it was difficult to see clearly just how to drive into the hotel.

Hotel was in good condition, room was spacious and clean.

I chose this hotel over another because it had an airport shuttle. Upon arrival, the desk clerk told me curtly that the shuttle had stopped running for the night and I had to make my own way there. The room had noisy systems somewhere outside my room.

Broken furniture, toilet didn't flush well, front desk person not very helpful and actually off putting. corners of the room need vaccumning.

They had put a stinky coffee maker in the hotel room. I had to get it out of the room quickly before the stench nauseated me. Why would they put stuff like that in a room?
