Negatives: Thought that I pre paid but my pre paid plan didn't go through

Negatives: We asked for a wake up call but did not receive one. I believe the phone was not working as I tried to call the front desk but could not get a dial tone and that may explain why we did not get a wake up call.

Negatives: We were in handicapped room, and the shower area was poorly drained. Water all over the floor. Musty odor and many little flies.

Negatives: Minimal coffee available. I had only one small reg coffee pod per day in my room, and I was surprised to find no coffee in the lobby throughout the day. Also, there was no EV charger for my plug-in hybrid.

Negatives: The bathroom was dirty, there was no restaurant, cost was ridiculously high the second night.

Negatives: room was good. stay was for 5 nights and notes in the room says they will automatically service the room after 3 nights. never happened. I had to request service on the 5th day. when they did refresh the room, they didn't clean the tub. ALSO - when I booked the room it was for 5 nights (Thursday through Tuesday) at $125/night. When I checked in, they charged me an extra $250 for Friday and Saturday nights?

Negatives: Safety first: When I stupidly placed my phone next to my key card, it was deprogrammed. When I went to the front desk to reprogram the key card, I was not asked for any ID, or even for my name; only was asked my room number. Without ensuring my identity, this means anyone with a key card can get into anyone's room if they get this same clerk, who did not identify me. The room looked and smelled like it had seen better days. It smelled like it had once been a smoking room. The window seal was broken. The towel rack and light fixture in the bathroom were rusty. The door was chewed up from the latch, and there were dried drips of some sauce on the side of the TV cabinet. The refrigerator needed defrosting. There was a small stain on the comforter. Wallpaper was stained. Lounge chair was worn out. TV was not a smart TV--no apps. There is no regular housekeeping, and over our three-night stay, we did not request it. But when I called at 9:00 a.m. to get fresh towels, I was told I could come to the front desk and get them! If there is no regular housekeeping, I expect the towels to at least be delivered to my room. When the lobby floor was mopped each evening around 9 pm, the employee mopped across the entire width of the lobby/hallway, forcing people to walk on a wet, slippery, tile surface. Only one half of the length of the floor should be mopped at a time, so one side can dry before the other is mopped, and people can safely walk on a dry surface. My room was closer to the rear of the building, and so it was convenient for me to park out back where there were plenty of spaces, and use the back elevator. This elevator, to the rear of the building, had a temporary certificate that had expired five months prior. Unfortunately for me, after the first day of my stay, that elevator was out of order.
