I love the convenience of the hotel to the bus that services Boston South Station &n Boston's Logan Airport. The desk staff is always helpful & the room is always clean & comfortable. They are always willing to try & meet my need for a quiet room locaiton. Some comments note that has an older decor, but over the years that I have stayed here it has always met my needs & I've never had a complaint.
Negatives:
No real dislikes -- maybe a heating/cooling system that I didn't hear click on & off, but this would never stop me from staying here. And I am always comfortable & warm or cool enough in my room.

It was close to the childrens museum. The bed was very comfy.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub were very dirty and you could feel it under your feet.
The breakfast isn’t free, I paid $15 a piece for raw sausage and cold breakfast. It absolutely horrid. I thought that since it wasn’t complimentary, it would be decent, but now I know to just go elsewhere. Not to mention the kids and I had explosive diarrhea after eating the breakfast. Maybe it was a combination of the pool too, who knows.

The restaurant closed too early. I was not informed of any amenities or what was offered on the property and the day I was supposed to leave. The housekeeper was knocking at my door at 9:30 I felt very pushed out.

the property had a good location for my family (we went to the children’s museum) and was close to family friendly restaurants. the pool was a hit with my son and it was a good temperature.
Negatives:
our room had a funky smell, the elevator closet to us never worked, the bathroom was TINY, the bathroom counter was falling off the wall, the heat was hard to control (it was always BLAZING hot), you could hear EVERYTHING your neighbors were doing (lots of bathroom trips), the staff was unpleasant (I dealt with the same personnel at checkin and the next day and they were very unhappy and unpleasant).
