Positives:
The staff was very nice and helpful. I am currently undergoing radiation treatment at Maine Medical Center for brain cancer and have to use a walker to get around, and upon check-in, I was placed on the first floor. I was very uncomfortable in the room I was in due to it being on the ground level, and I have very high anxiety. I went to the front desk, and the gentleman was very helpful and accommodating and moved my room to the 5th floor and also helped me move my belongings to the new room as well.
Negatives:
It's not very handicap accessible. The bathroom was very small, and someone in a wheelchair would not be able to access it easily at all. I had difficulty with just my walker.

Pool closed at 8pm when posted 10pm....cleaning staff asked if we were checking out the 3 times we left our room on check out day.felt like we were being rushed out. And thought breakfast was included as we paid way more than stay with breakfast plan included.posted on website. STAFF DID NOT CARE OF ANY COMPLAINTS

Hotel is extremely close to the Children's Museum where we plan to stay the day. Located right in Thompson's Point we were happily surprised that there were 2 Breweries where we could eat as well
