Overall, everything was pretty good and we had everything that we needed. It was very clean and the staff was great.
Negatives:
We were on the 2nd floor and had to call the front desk 3 times between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. because the people above us had kids that were running back and forth making so much noise that my granddaughter and I could not sleep. Each time, they quieted down for a couple of minutes and then started right back in. There isn't much for insulation between the floors and ceilings to cut down on the noise, We ended up moving to a room on the top floor (4th floor) at 10:00 because it was the only way were going to get any sleep.

Overall, it was not too...
Positives:
Upgraded to suite which was spacious and enjoyable. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom too. Kids loved the pool which was nice and warm which is not always the case with indoor hotel pools. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. Check in/out quick and easy. Hotel was clean, safe, quiet. Would definitely stay again.
Negatives:
Mini fridge did not work but we didn’t need it so didn’t bring it to staff’s attention to fix. Sofa bed was not very comfy but fine for little kids. Highway traffic was a little noisy but we travel with a sound machine so not a big deal for us.

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms with a pool and work out space. Hotel was very close to good food and some shops within walking distance. The continental breakfast is always a bonus and helpful for families!
Negatives:
Only complaint is the bathroom door is one of the sliding modern doors, which is a little risky with little kids around for privacy. It’s beautiful though.

The bed and pillows were super cushy and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Constant access to coffee was awesome. Free parking. Rooms didn’t feel cramped. Nice shower. Everything was clean.

It was a fun location with so many stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. It was unique in that there was a quarry you could look out over from the upper floors as well. The fitness center was nice.
Negatives:
Unfortunately some missing some dumbbells, though it is common in hotel gyms and I am not sure why people steal the dumbbells.
